Our beach is fairly flat and excellent for sunbathing, hanging out, playing beach games and riding bikes. The width of the beach varies quite a bit with the tide, from fairly narrow at high tide to very wide at low tide. There is a "Tide Clock" in the outdoor entertainment center on the pool patio that provides tide info at a quick glance. You can also ask Alexa "when is high tide" or "when is low tide" from any of the 3 voice controlled Alexa devices in our home. Avoid bike riding on the beach 2 hours before and after high tide as the beach will be too small and the hard pack sand which is easy to ride on will be underwater. Ride 10 to 30 feet from the waterline where the slightly wet sand will feel about the same as riding on a paved asphalt road or bike path.
