There are many fishing charter options on the island and I recommend you go with one of the group of captains that are involved with the great white shark tagging program. These captains go 60 miles out to sea to the very warm waters of the Gulf Sream where great whites are known to hunt, catch them, tag them with a transponder and release them. This group of 6 captains know the waters the best and I happen to know one that has won a number of sport fishing championships named Marc Pincus. If you decide to charter with Marc tell him Mike Rowen said hi. Here's a link to his website: http://reelincharters.com/

Occasionally I am asked about a personal chef to cook meals in my home. While I have no personal direct experience with any local chefs, several prior guests researched and found Chef Meagen Mehaffey and both were very pleased with her quality of food and service. Her website is https://www.chefmeagen.com/ and her email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
